Temperature Calibrations

Temperature calibrations we can perform:

  • Data loggers: from -30 °C to 30 °C
  • Digital thermometers: from -30 ° to 30 °C
  • Isothermal media evaluation (Temperature mapping of cold rooms, blasts, etc.)

On-site calibrations for the above can be arranged.

Internal Auditing & Food Safety Consulting
We specialize in internal auditing that involves a systematic, planned, and documented process for obtaining evidence to evaluate against regulatory requirements. In addition, we provide assistance to our clients and on-going support to the HACCP principles and food safety regulations.

We specialise in internal auditing that involves a systematic, planned, and documented process for obtaining evidence to evaluate against standard requirements and legislation. The audits are aimed at HACCP and PRP principles, aligned with SANS 10030, SANS 10049 and R638.

We provide professional assistance to clients working in the food industry. We offer assessment, training, ongoing support and management solutions of food quality and food safety procedures. The consulting is aimed at HACCP and GMP pricinples and includes SANS 10030, SANS 10049 and R638 legislation.

We offer workshops, specifically designed and aimed at floor staff. These workshops offer an introduction to the pre-requisite programmes and good manufacturing practices for HACCP and Food Safety regulations. These workshops are conducted on-site at your facility.

  • Hand Hygiene for food handlers.
